In the event that an account is downgraded from a Pro account to a Free account the oldest datasets will be deleted to get under the allotted 10 GB threshold and all data is made public at the end of the current billing period.
In the case of a failed monthly or annual payment (after multiple attempts and notices) the account is downgraded to a Free account.
If a subscription payment is made but the user no longer wishes to pay for the service the user has 48 hours from the time of the charge to inform us that they would like a refund. After 48 hours no refunds are possible. In the case of a refund being granted the account is downgraded to a Free account.
If the 'Automatic Subscription Updates' setting is enabled in the account the number of 250 GB increments of data will automatically rise and fall as needed. If data is uploaded to an account that does not have enough storage the storage threshold will be raised by 250 GB and the monthly bill will raise accordingly. If the amount of storage required by the account drops below a 250 GB multiple that is greater than one the storage threshold will be reduced by 250 GB and the monthly bill will lower accordingly. All billing changes are prorated. Any credit remains in the account to go towards further charges. Any charges will happen immediately. In the event of a failed charge associated with an increase in storage the new data upload will not be allowed.
